A  few words from foster me:

I live in a nice house with 4 other dogs. I am a stair master and fly up & down like a dainty gazelle. I ask to go outside when I need to by waiting at the back door. If another dog comes out with me we run like silly around the backyard. When my foster parents have to go out sometimes and I go into my crate for a snooze until they comes home. I sleep very well at night and eat all my food.

I go to daycare a lot and especially like the big dogs. I am good in the car and stay in the back where I’m supposed to.

A  few words from foster parents:

Rookie is a very sweet puppy. He still has the playfulness of a puppy but is also mature enough to be calm and stable most of the time. He is completely housebroken and quiet in the house. He is able to be left home alone for short periods without any destruction or separation anxiety.  He doesn’t bark unless there is a reason and listens well. He doing well in obedience and learns quickly. He is calm and mellow – a really pleasant dog to share your home with.

He would REALLY like another dog in her forever home. He gets such joy out of playing and interacting with other dogs. He has good dog manners. He sleeps the whole night through and would love to snuggle on your bed. If he is not allowed then he doesn’t make a fuss, he simply lays in his dog bed beside the bed.

We are teaching him to not jump on people when he gets excited so maybe a home with middle aged children would be best. If you are looking for a great family puppy that is easily corrected who would enjoy an active family to jog, hike or go on long walks with he is your dog.
